Neuromuscular Therapeutic Massage & Reiki Energy Combo Session

Wonderful blend of both Massage and Reiki Energy Work throughout. Helps to release the physical discomforts from the day to day life demands. But also helps to release the emotional stresses and strains mentally that we "keep in" by using the beautiful lifeforce energy that helps to balance and restore from the inside out. It's a collaboration of all the modalities I have had the pleasure of studying. It's a contemporary mesh of Quantum Touch, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Emotion Code, TMJ studies (20 years working experience in the Dental Field), Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Massage Relaxation Techniques.  The perfect de-stressing session!

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland and Dr John Upledger, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

Reiki Energy Work

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. This session will combine both techniques of Reiki and Quantum Touch. I am certified Reiki level 2.

Reiki Session- Remote (Long distance)

Long Distance, or remote, is performed in the same manner- but you simply do not have to come into the office. You may be on the phone with me or simply in your "quiet" during the designated time. It's great for those times that you can't or just simply prefer not to commute to my office and stay at home!

Hour Upper Body Only Therapeutic Massage

This Therapeutic Massage Session and Energy Work is a combination of all Massage Specialties meshed with Reiki and Quantum Touch Energy. The life force energy is moved from Cranial to Sacrum to ease back and hip pain. The Therapeutic Massage technique will work in tandem with the energy flow to ease all constricted muscles that are causing aches and pains. This hour session is limited to upper body and glutes if time allows.

30 Minutes Cranial and Facial Massage Specialized Focus

Specialized focus, manipulation, and treatment of the cranial and facial muscles, and fascia through Massage Modalities, Reflexology, and Energy Work. This treatment helps Autoimmune issues, TMJ (TMD) Syndrome, Sleep issues, Stress relief, Migraines - Headaches, and so much more.

45 Minutes Cranial, Facial, and Neck Massage Specialized Focus

Specialized focus, manipulation, and treatment of the cranial, facial, neck (cervical) muscles, and fascia through Massage Modalities, Reflexology, and Energy work. This treatment helps Autoimmune issues, TMJ (TMD) Syndrome, Sleep issues, Stress relief, Migraines - Headaches, Chronic Neck Pain and Restrictive Range of Motion, and so much more.

60 Minutes Cranial, Facial, Neck, and Shoulder Massage Specialized Focus

Specialized focus, manipulation, and treatment of the cranial, facial, neck (cervical), and shoulder muscles, and fascia through Massage modalities, Reflexology, and Energy work. This treatment helps Autoimmune issues, TMJ (TMD) Syndrome, Sleep issues, Stress relief, Migraines - Headaches, Chronic Neck and Shoulder Pain, Restrictive Range of Motion, Shoulder/Neck Impingements,  and so much more.

MedTerra CBD Rapid Recovery Pain Relief Muscle Support Cream can be ADDED to any massage and will be applied to all pain areas after massage - neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet. You decide the areas of pain relief that you need during session.

Chakra Balancing - add on

This modality can be ADDED to any massage session. In Sanskrit, the Chakra literally means spinning disc. The body chakras then are spinning discs of energy--whirling vortexes that receive, assimilate, and transmit life force energy. Plainly put, our chakras are the link between mind and body, spirit and matter. The chakras are constantly rotating and vibrating along our spine, communicating with our glands and endocrine system, providing them with vital energy and the spark of life.
